Die Reißverschlüsse sind leicht zu greifen und zu öffnen, die Seitenklappen können auf eine höhere Sitzposition eingestellt werden, damit die Füße warm und trocken bleiben, und es wurden Ösen hinzugefügt, damit Sie die Abdeckung am Fahrrad befestigen können. This is my second cover because we just love it so much! I get so many compliments on the setup, and my son loves to ride no matter the weather!

Package stuck in customs - no response from customer service

We replied to you directly by email, but it seems you may not have received our message. The parcel was indeed returned to us due to a customs issue, and we immediately reshipped it with a new label as soon as it arrived back in France.
You received the new shipment on November 3rd. While we are not responsible for customs procedures, we are genuinely sorry for the inconvenience and for the delay in our response.

My opinion

The cover has great quality and thickness, which protects not only from rain but also from cold weather. It looks very stylish too.

Cons:
The aluminum bracket is a bit too thick, so I had to buy a new luggage rack. It also stays fixed on the bike all the time. The cover is easy to remove, but it can’t be folded and carried in a bag. Another drawback is the lack of ventilation holes, which makes it warm inside—I usually have to keep the zippered window slightly open.

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would choose the same product again. The issues I mentioned are only suggestions for future improvement. The only pity is that the website isn’t very well-known—I found it by chance. With stronger advertising, this product could definitely sell more, especially in European countries.
